ANS. Your data is always safe at our world class OnApp Data Centre. Your data is regularly backed up. Your business security is our priority. Your data is confidential and safe. We use 256 bit SSL encryption, state of the art infrastructure and software security to ensure the safety of your data. Customer's data is regularly backed up and replicated across secure locations. We also have recovery servers for any emergencies. However, if you wish to take the data backup, we have provided the options to manually backup data. This is possible by exporting all the available data as CSV files.
