This feature is specially useful for medium to large size organizations, when invoices are generated by different departments and have a large number of client base. What are the user roles available in ShimBi MyBilling?
ShimBi MyBilling provides complete freedom and control over user roles. Super Admin or Owner of the account can create multiple users, each with their own user permissions. MyBilling User Rights Management system is designed in such a way that you can define roles and rights for the user as per your needs. We do not believe in defining roles for you.
How many users can I add to my ShimBi MyBilling account?
Depending upon your subscription you can add a number of users to your ShimBi MyBilling account. Free Plan is self user plan it means super admin himself operate the account. Small Plan allows 5 users, Medium plan comes with 10 users and Large Plan have no restriction on the number of users you can add.

Will my staff users be able to export my customers details?
It depends on the rights you have assigned to the user. If you want to restrict any particular user or users from being able to export the customer details, disable permission to export the customer list. ShimBi MyBilling User Rights Management system is very powerful yet simple.
Can I assign customers to user?
Yes! You can assign the same customers to multiple users or to any particular user. Also, your user can create new customers under their own account, which will be only visible to super admin or owner of the account.
Can one user have access to other users customers details?
Yes and no both is possible. If Super Admin had assigned same customer to multiple users then they would have access to details of that customer. If any user creates new customer then details are only available to that user and Super Admin only.
