How was your internship experience with ShimBi Labs?
My Internship Experience With ShimBi Labs Was Fruitful. ShimBi Labs gave me the opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment. We could validate our learning by applying it in a live project. One more good experience at ShimBi was working holiday. It is a new concept to me. We all interns and all seniors enjoyed a lot on that day, played games, watched a movie, and we did many more things. I feel very lucky to be the part of working holiday.

Project Summary
Enterprise E-Mail project was from Japanese client. The primary goal of the project is to improve customer service through emails. In this project if the client has any query or any problem then he can email his query or problem. In this software, emails are filtered and assigned to respective support engineers to resolve the issue.
