It's about getting their work done, not making them our product gurus.

You must have witnessed this for the last 3 Thursdays; we are irregularly sending a newsletter on the promised day, Thursday at 3 pm. It's not because we don't have content to share or lost our interest in writing a newsletter.

But no one bothered, did you?
But this is not the case; we received numerous emails inquiring about what had happened, and but many people prefer to ignore it. In both cases, we must answer the question "WHY?" Because we believe in trust, transparency, and communication.

Number One, we got too ambitious to implement new technology stack replacing the older one but got a little reckless—that impacted email delivery to many. We are sorry for that. We will take care of it in the future. We learned our lessons.

Number Two, why did we decide to upgrade the technology stack in the first place?

Not because we discovered some fancy new thing or buzzword in the coding world. Whether for internal use or product to sell, when we build any product, it is all about simplicity, an effortless way of using and managing tasks.

We always keep only one goal in mind when we start any project - developing the most straightforward and easy-to-use product. It's about getting their work done, not making them our product gurus.

In this case, content writers write newsletters; they are good at it, and we want them to just focus on it. From our recent feedback and product review, we found our newsletter tool needs to be more simple and intuitive. This one reason is enough for us to re-write everything from zero to make it better.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
This single thought influences everything we do.

We wrote few blogs expressing our thoughts and ideas; you may like to read them here.

For now, we are back and expect new in-depth business strategies, tips, tricks, and takeaways in your email inbox from the Shimbi Growth Labs Team. Of course, back with a guarantee of no spamming and no tracking
