Dear Clients and Colleagues,

Let me first wish you and your family a Happy New Year. I sincerely hope that 2013 and years ahead bring you prosperity, good health and happiness.

Let me convey to all our esteem clients how privileged I have been to have had the opportunity to work with amazing people like you. Whatever has been achieved has only been possible because of our clients support, their trust in us and continue appreciation and acceptance to our product and solutions.

The amazing spirit, the dedication and support of my colleague made it possible to deliver the solution in time, for which I am deeply grateful and appreciative.

Over the past 7 years, our revenues have grown about 60% year on year basis, and even today 65% of our revenue come from Japan, which we did like to maintain, and along with that we would also work on improving the revenue from other markets including local Indian market. Our brand is slowly but gradually emerging. We will work hard to make it recognised brand.

Our products and services are been well accepted and gradually wining the heart of people. We therefore have every reason to feel proud and feel confident in facing the challenges ahead.

In years ahead, we will see more demanding consumer and increased competition in the market. There will therefore be great pressure on our company to reinvent ourselves in terms of business processes and work on new innovative ideas, to be more aggressive in the marketplace and to make sure that our products and services offer Innovative Solution, they are Powerful in technology, yet Affordable.

I will be discussing in details about our product & services, in my another annual Blog “Road Ahead”, in few days, but for now I wish you all a great success in the years ahead.

Happy New Year!

Yours sincerely,
Siddharth Deshmukh
