Customer - He Is Not Dependent On Us; We Depend On Him

Here is my message to my team at Shimbi Labs on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

Team,

On 2nd October while India was celebrating Gandhi Jayanti holiday at Shimbi Labs, it was a busy working day. Ironically Mahatma Gandhi worked hard all his life without taking any holiday! I am glad that Shimbi Labs celebrated the day working hard and living his message.

On this extraordinary day I wish we should remember his words:

“The customer is the most important visitor to our establishment. he is not dependent on us; we depend on him” - M.K. Gandhi

Further, he also stated

“We do not do him a favour when we serve him; he does us a favour by making it possible for us” - M.K. Gandhi

Let's take these messages to our heart and work hard; our future is in our commitment to our clients.
